Courtnay Slabaugh, owner of Pathfinder Career Coaching, has been helping people navigate their career paths for more than 15 years. Courtnay is an experienced Human Resources leader and has managed recruitment teams, corporate learning & development teams, and provided leadership coaching for employees at all levels. She understands the challenges job seekers face, and has successfully worked with transitioning professionals, helping clients transform their careers and get clarity on their goals.
